Submit Notice
Send a complete DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent

- Provide accurate information
Review Process
We review your notice and take appropriate action
- Response within 24-48 hours
- Content removal if valid
- Notification to user
Resolution
Content is removed or counter-notice process begins
- Infringing content removed
- User may file counter-notice

Required Information for DMCA Notice
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must include the following information:
1. Identification of Copyrighted Work
- Description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- If multiple works, a representative list
- Registration number if registered with Copyright Office
2. Identification of Infringing Material
- Specific URL(s) where the infringing material is located
- Sufficient detail to locate the material
- Screenshots or other evidence (if applicable)
3. Contact Information
- Your full name and title
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- Email address
4. Statements and Signature
- Good faith belief that use is not authorized
- Statement that information is accurate
- Statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act
- Physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notice Process

Counter-Notice Process
- Send counter-notice to our DMCA agent
- We forward it to the original complainant
- Content may be restored after 10-14 business days
- Unless complainant files court action
Repeat Infringer Policy
NPGX has a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers:
- First Violation: Warning and content removal
- Second Violation: Temporary account suspension
- Third Violation: Permanent account termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion for severe violations or when we determine a user poses an ongoing risk of copyright infringement.
Warning About False Claims
Important: Filing a false DMCA notice is perjury and may result in legal consequences.

- Ensure your claims are accurate and made in good faith
- Consider fair use and other legal exceptions before filing
- False claims may result in liability for damages and attorney fees
