A reclusive street artist whose viral paintings begin predicting disasters must paint her own escape before the city turns her into its next masterpiece.
Synopsis
Enid Pinxit lives above a shuttered bodega in Bushwick, painting murals that appear overnight and rack up millions of likes by morning. When one canvas accurately forecasts a subway collapse, her anonymous fame curdles into surveillance: fans, cops, and a shadowy collector all want the next piece. As the paintings grow more personal and the body count rises, Enid realizes she is both creator and subject of a story already written on brick walls across the five boroughs.
The story
Enid’s anonymous murals go viral after accurately predicting a disaster; strangers begin recognizing her on the street and demanding prophecies.
Hunted by an obsessive collector and a detective convinced she’s an arsonist, Enid paints frantically while the city’s tragedies accelerate and her own face appears in the frames.
In a final rooftop confrontation, Enid paints the collector out of existence, then adds one last brushstroke that erases her own fame and lets her vanish into the ordinary night.

INT. ABANDONED SUBWAY TUNNEL - NIGHT Spray cans rattle. ENID PINXIT, 34, hoodie up, mask on, sprays a massive mural: a train car mid-derailment, faces screaming. She signs it "PINXIT." She steps back. Her phone buzzes—millions of likes already. She doesn’t see the security cam blink red. EXT. STREET LEVEL - DAWN Commuters scroll. One gasps. On the platform below, the exact train from the mural screeches to a halt inches from a collapsed track. Enid watches from the shadows, paint still wet on her fingers.
Why now
In an era of predictive algorithms and constant self-surveillance, the film taps our terror that art, data, and destiny have already merged—and asks what happens when the artist tries to take the brush back.
