Synopsis
Enid Pinxit, an anonymous artist, posts hyper-realistic paintings on X that depict strangers' deaths hours before they occur. Her follower count explodes as the world treats her feed like prophecy, but each new canvas drains her soul and summons something ancient that paints through her. As copycats and obsessed fans reenact the works, Enid realizes the images are not predictions but instructions from a force that hungers for more blood on the canvas. When her own self-portrait appears unfinished on her tablet, Enid goes underground, racing to find the original source of her gift before midnight when the final stroke will be completed. Betrayed by a lover who wants the power for himself and hunted by a cult of devotees who believe her death will grant them immortality, she must choose whether to finish the painting or burn her entire legacy to ash.
