Synopsis
In the decaying husk of a once-idyllic 1990s mill town, twelve-year-old Tommy Reyes grips his father's pump shotgun and sprints through pea-soup fog at dusk. The undead close in from every alley, drawn by the thunder of his blasts, forcing him to reload on the run while memories of his family flicker like dying streetlights. As Tommy fights toward the rusted railway bridge that promises escape to rumored military safe zones, he discovers other survivors—wounded, terrified, and desperate—who see the boy not as prey but as their unlikely shield. Each shell he fires carves a path through the horde but also carves away pieces of his childhood, turning a game of make-believe into blood-soaked reality.
