Synopsis

The story
Young ronin Haru witnesses the first clash and learns his mentor is one of the duelists. The rival arrives with an army at his back forcing the fight into the storm.
Flashbacks reveal the masters were once brothers-in-arms torn apart by betrayal and a stolen sword technique. Betrayals mount as allies switch sides amid the chaos of lightning and rain.
The final exchange shatters both blades and egos. The survivor spares his foe choosing mercy over empire and walks into the dawn as history rewrites itself.
