Synopsis
In modern Istanbul, linguist Leyla uncovers a 7th-century tablet chanting Qu-u imtana-allu-u. The words summon shadows of the Anunnaki, led by the seven-star mother Inanna, who possesses Leyla's daughter to reclaim dominion. As stars align, cities crumble and devotees mutate into god-slaves. Leyla must navigate underground ziggurats and astral visions to confront the goddess before the final gate opens.
The story
Leyla's dig in Cappadocia yields the tablet; nightly chants trigger her daughter's prophetic seizures and ancient markings on her skin.
Pursued by cultists and possessed officials, Leyla decodes her own lineage as Inanna's vessel while the seven stars descend, unleashing city-wide possessions.
At the cosmic ziggurat Leyla chooses between merging with the mother or sealing the gate with her blood, ending the cycle at the cost of her humanity.

ZARA (whispering, layered voice) Ashshu Anu Eli nitum... Stone cracks. A shadow with seven heads uncoils from the tablet. Leyla grabs Zara and runs as the chamber collapses behind them.
