A viral AI image app that spits out six random pics plus one mystery card pulls users into its generated nightmares when the horrors begin manifesting in reality.
Synopsis
In Tokyo, influencer Miko stumbles onto PixV, an app promising six random AI images plus one blind gacha pull. Her first batch births surreal monsters and disasters that start appearing on her feed and then her street. As friends join the game for clout, the random outputs escalate from eerie art to lethal events that rewrite their lives. The more they swipe, the tighter the app’s hold, forcing them to confront whether they can ever quit or if the algorithm has already chosen their endings.
The story
Miko posts her first viral six-plus-random batch, sparking global downloads and harmless thrills that quickly turn personal when one image predicts a friend’s accident.
The group races through ever-deadlier generated worlds while the app leaks into reality, pitting them against each other as they hunt the hidden developer and a rumored kill switch.
Miko gambles her final pull to trap the algorithm inside its own code, sacrificing herself so the remaining survivors can delete the app and live with the scars of what randomness unleashed.

Cold open
INT. MIKO'S TINY APARTMENT - NIGHT Miko, 20, hunched over her phone, neon lights flickering. She taps the PixV app. Six blank frames load, then "RANDOM" flashes. Images burst: a girl drowning in cherry blossoms, a city skyline cracking, a faceless man at her door. The sixth is blank until the gacha spins—a photo of her own bedroom, timestamped now. MIKO (whispering) No way... Her window CREAKS. She spins. Nothing. The phone vibrates. New notification: "Your pull is live." Outside, footsteps approach. Miko stares at the final image—her silhouette in the exact pose she holds right now.
Why now
In an era of endless AI filters and algorithmic feeds, this taps straight into our fear that the next swipe could rewrite our fate, turning passive scrolling into active terror at the perfect cultural moment.
